I just commented back to you about your CORGI-CON RSVP.
Then I stopped to look at Sophie's pictures. WOW! Is she cute!
I hope all goes well with her surgery. I always hate taking them in for the spay/neuter, but it is important and my dogs have never had a problem with it. I hope that we will see Sophie next year at CORGI-CON.
Larry and Sophie, Welcome! Love Sophie's picture. I see where you're interested in a corgi meet... We did have a couple meets here in Bloomington last year at another member's place but for one reason or another didn't get many people actually to show up... Even though they had a lot of interest at first. Things have changed here at our place so perhaps it's something I can work towards this year. We live on 10 acres in the country with lots of open space to run in. We also have a nice sized fenced in yard for the kids(being Callie & Cooper) with their own pool... I'll see what I can work on since you're so close surely we can get something going even if at first its' only a small group to see how it goes...Again welcome this is an awesome site to be a apart of....Hope you enjoy Corgi life...All the best Lori, Callie & Cooper
I saw that you were interested in a Corgi Meetup. We are planning one in Urbana, Illinois which is about 2 hours from you. That might be as close as you will find.
I joined MyCorgi last year, so I have gone to only 2 Corgi events. One was in Wisconsin 4 hours away from me and the other was in Freeport, IL which was 3 1/2 hours away. So, if you are interested, check out CORGI-CON. You can find out details about it by going to the main page and looking at EVENTS. Look for May 19 - CORGI-CON.
