About My Corgi(s):: Jasper is 4 years old. I got him as a tiny 8 week old puppy. He has a very sweet nature. He is playful and has a funny personality. He's really good a playing fetch, it's probably his favorite game. He goes on a couple walks a day, and most days he is lucky enough to walk in Central Park. He is very loyal and likes to follow my commands. He doesn't bark often, but when he does it is generally at me.

When he was 2 years old he jumped off a park bench and tore his ACL in his back leg. It was horrible! The vets all recommended surgery, but I refused. I did a lot of research of on conservative mgmt, and I am so thankful that was the choice I made for him! It was tough, and took about a year for him to fully recover. But now he is an active runner, walker, and stair climber. He never shows any signs of his injury, 2 years now! I am still very cautious (and paranoid) so I don't let him rough house or tangle often with other dogs..I just don't want any weird twisting happening. I am happy to help anyone going through this kind of injury, especially anyone who doesn't want to go through the surgery.
