About Me:

Lifelong dog lover, dog rescuer, once had the gift of being rescued by a Corgi who stole my heart and confounded my mind for the entire time he was with us! His name was Leonard and, like all of our dogs who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, he lives on in our hearts. We now have a Corgi mix rescue, Marvin, who has also charmed us and the two Labradoodle rescues who make up the rest of the family!

I currently share my home with a Corgi mix rescue, Marvin, who is a charming little guy! He was rescued from a high kill shelter in Louisiana, transported to Nebraska and now lives with us in Iowa! We had a rescue Corgi, Leonard, who shared our home and hearts for almost ten years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge last year. He was the most eccentric dog I've ever known and I've come to know that is the Corgi way! I love all dogs but I do confess to a particular weakness for Corgis!
