Hello and Welcome!! I saw your question in chat just now about house training a pup in 3 weeks. House Training takes time, Lance seemed to catch on quickly and didnt have many accidents but still did have some even after he was house broken. There is a faq on the top of mycorgi about house training you may find very useful. :)
