About Me:: My name is Meri and I am a first time owner of an adorable baby boy Pembroke named Bean. He gives me lots of kisses and though he keeps stealing my stuffed animals for his own play things, I think he's adorable! I am currently self-employed and working on writing a book.

About My Corgi(s):: My name is Bean and I was born on December 9th, 2008! My favorite toys are stuffed animals with squeakers and I love cookies. My favorite type of cookies are the ones from Petco that look just like the cookies that Mum eats!! I love to meet new people (quite the attention mooch actually) and chase and herd kitties.

At 1:32pm on April 29, 2009, Marion and Vern said…: Had to cut it short on friend request. We had to have her flown here to Albuquerque New Mexico. You can see the mom, dad and all her aunts and uncle on www.wendtworthcorgis.com. She has some of the best looking dogs I have seen. Takes excellent care of them all, is a very responsible breeder. We feel very fortunate to have gotten one of her pups. Plus she came from Meagan's first litter. We (I) needed the few months from Dec. to now to adjust to not having our Bear so the timing was perfect.

We lost our Tedi Bear 12/29/08 and realized shortly after that we could not live without a corgi. Sami also likes her stuffed animals and loves the same cookies from Petco. Had to get the creme filled ones this go around as they were out of the chocolate (carob) chip ones. What type of book are you writing?
