Duh me..forgot you had mentioned the forti flora. Is your water well or city and what about the past owners water? I'm sure their stool has been cultured too..right? Have they been checked for Giardia?
Hmmm....you do have alot going on. Maybe you need to switch to a raw meal for them. I hate to suggest this putting more on your shoulders. What were they being fed prior to you getting them? Do you talk to the past owner? Sounds as if the natural flora of the intestinal tract is all out of balance. Have you tried probiotics? Getting the intestinal tract back in health. Yogurt..tbsp daily..I give this to all of my guys.
Thats the Corgis for ya. They love their owners. Very dedicated, loyal dogs. Thats great you were willing to pay more for your apt. for your dogs. I don't think its funny at all. Some might not understand our dedication to our dogs but they are usually the ones who don't own a pet or their pets are unruly and don't think much of them either. I'm sorry to hear your having issues w/the 2 you have. Have you advised w/a vet and what do they say? The tummy issue..whats going on there?
Corgis can entertain themselves but no matter how many you have..your still their #1 idol. We spend alot of time out in the yard playing and working on control w/in the group. I spend alot of time grooming them and offer many chew treats in the evenings. While I sit to watch TV I'll massage them or just lightly groom then or do nails. We take them for drives and trips to the pet store. Might think this is silly but we even play hide N seek w/them. I have them all stay in the kitchen and my daughter and I go upstairs to hide, then we call them and they all come charging searching frantically. Its quite funny and they love it.
