I live in the Willamette Valley of Oregon and I love it here. I was raised in the Midwest but now most of my family is on the West Coast (Oregon, California and Arizona). I love walking the dogs, maintaining their blog (www.dozerandcoop.blogspot.com), making hand-made cards, needlework and my job.
I always wanted a corgi and three years ago Dozer (Pembroke Corgi) was listed in the paper by a family who didn't like the shedding and having a rambunctious dog. I bought him for a pittance and brought him home. He only had one toy which tells you something. Last year we adopted 14 year old Dottie, a Cardigan Corgi, from a lovely woman who wanted to make sure Dots had a home in case the owner, Betty, died. (She knew her famly would put her in the pound). Dottie visits Betty every other month. We also adopted Cooper, an 11 year old Cocker Spaniel from the Humane Society, who is darn near the perfect dog. Just a love.
Your dogs look Beautiful =) We got our Golden Retriever Mix from an elderly lady who we watched Buffy when the lady went to a nursing home after she had some lukemia problems then buffy went back home with her when she went home... then the lady got to frail and had to go to assisted living and couldnt take care of buffy no more so we got her...
