Hi Rachel, thanks for the info. We're in Williamsburg and have some great dog runs nearby, but no official off-leash hours. I take Dash to Prospect park for off-leash hours on the weekends and he loves it. We were there last weekend and saw that the doggie-lake was open too, still too chilly to swim though. I'm gonna look into the parks outside the city you recommended. Thanks again!
