My wife and I just adopted a 3 year-old Corgi named Cabo. We are gradually introducing him to our cat, Finley, while we try to learn good doggie parenting skills.
When not raising our animals we enjoy Wolfpack football, dining out and talking politics.

Welcome, Rob & Cabo! We are in Winston Salem, NC and are new to the site, too. My hubby is a fanatical Wolfpack fan, I guess you can guess from Deacon's name who I root for.....
Hi Rob
The picnic is usually early October. It is held at a dog training facility in Chapel Hill. Fun day for humans and the dogs. They don't have the 2010 date set yet. There is a North Carolina Corgi Picnic group here that you can join. It is very quiet now but should get more active closer to the date.
Welcome Arizona, (and Rob) We live just down the road. Hope you will attend the North Carolina Corgi Picinc in the fall. It really is fun! Tenby and Chepstow
