About Me:: Buddy and I reside in a mountain valley in the Rocky Mountains in the state of Montana USA.

Buddy got his name because in the first five days at the office about eight people said "Hey buddy, who are you?" He was about five months old and quite popular. To give him some class, his full name became Buddy, Duke of Pembroke.

He is the greeter for my investment and financial planning office in Bozeman MT. Buddy was born in 2007 (time flies) so is now a calm mature canine citizen.

About My Corgi(s):: Five months ago a few of us corgi owners met at a parade / arts festival where I passed around a clipboard with initial ideas and a sign up sheet. We had one back yard pot luck snacks meeting to organize ... and decided to stay unorganized. However we have a nucleus of about eight "doers" and after meeting twice after work for drinks and pizza ... and with no budget or officers or money ... we've made progress. Our website and facebook page has lots of information thanks to web wise members Marla and Mandy and photographer Tiffany.

On Starting a Corgi Club

First, get permission from your corgi(s).

I am new to this website and do not know how to use the system. However, I do have experience in starting various non profit and for profit entities ranging from a community foundation to a banking corporation. The Gallatin Valley Corgi Club has shown the most amazing fun growth of any in which I have been involved.

Possibly a factor for success is that at age 65 I've finally learned one or two things.
