- I am 27 and live in Lewisville, Texas. Every animal I have had has been adopted from a kill shelter. I try to do my part and take the ones on death row.
- About My Corgi(s):
- My little corgi girl is Zoey. I adopted her from animal control in Harker Heights, Texas on December 17, 2007. I'm so glad that I called animal control that day, she would have been put to sleep if I had not called. After begging them to keep her for me until the weekend, I drove all the way past Waco, Texas to get her that Saturday. When I got there it was likeshe knew I was there to take her home. She jumped up and started to cry to me and gave me big kisses. The officer said that she had never done that before to anyone that had been there to see her. I'm not sure how old she is, but my vet thinks she is about 3 years old. She's a pembroke mix. I really don't know what the other half of her is, but that is just fine with me because she has the best spirit, personallity and loves everyone she meets.
