We ended up getting Sidney through an ad in the Pennysaver, Bruce from petfinder.com (he was in a shelter at Camp Pendleton) and Connie at the Humane Society in Escondido. You'll need to bookmark all of your local shelters and check their available pets sites every day. Also sign up at petfinder and they can let you know when they find a corgi for adoption. Also try craigslist. Corgis are super hard to find to rescue. Good luck!
