Emily is trying to be a chubby... She is always trying to get me to give her more food! She says she is S T ARRRRV ING.... I try to trick her with green beans as well. She eats them, but knows they are diet food.

Welcome to you both. My Lizzie is overweight and she gets just a small ration of kibble (1/4 cup) morning and night. I throw about a quarter cup of green beans (frozen beans that I thaw in the fridge) so she thinks she is getting more. The beans act as a filler with few calories. She loves them. Weight is coming off slowly. She loves her walks and that is the other thing that works. None of my other Corgis have a weight problem, but I toss a few green beans on top of their kibble just for fun. We walk both in the morning and night and that helps keep them fit as well.
