We looked for a very long time to find a corgi we could afford. The first thing we did was bookmark the websites for all the shelters within driving distance for us. Our shelters list the dogs that come up for adoption, so I would launch a new search every day. Then I discovered petfinder.com You can tell it what kind of dog you want and your location, and it searches for you. I found my corgi mix Bruce through petfinder. Also, apply with your local corgi rescue. There is still an adoption fee but a lot less than a new puppy would cost. Good luck with your search and please post pictures when you find your new furbaby!
