Hello everyone, I have a question maybe someone can help me answer. I think one of my pups is a fluffy? Her hair seems different from the others,it is longer and seems fluffier. I am just not really sure it is because she is so young still. She is only 4 weeks old. Can you tell by that age if it is a fluffy or not?
