RAIN!!!

Well, it wasn't the typical "Storm Watch" we get here in Southern CA...(hahaha) but Saturday night we got our first taste of rain...it's been a LONG TIME since I've seen it, let me tell you!! **Whenever there is a probable small storm coming, all the news stations go on "Storm Watch"...we could get 1 inch of rain and they make it seem like it's a hurricaine!!**
But, I was excited to see Abby get so confused with it...She kept looking around for a hose or something...then started to try to bite the raindrops in front of her...then I think she just got annoyed after bout a minute. LOL. BUT, she did go potty like I told her too...didn't seem to mind the rain. I toweled her off right away, gave her a cookie and she was happy as a clam. YAAY!!!

Comment by Karen & Bailey on October 6, 2008 at 11:18pm: hahaha we had a "storm watch" this past weekend in the bay area (norcal). turns out probably less than 1/2 inch saturday morning and bailey n i missed it. I was acutally looking forward to it since bailey has never experienced rain. He's a January baby and came home in March - so I'm really wondering how he'd react!!

Comment by Geri & Sidney on October 6, 2008 at 6:46pm: I bet we got even less rain than you did! We did have a pretty noisy thunderstorm last week, just as I had to take the kids to school. Poor Sidney must have been terrified, because I found two puddles of pee inside, something he has not done in months. I'm writing it off as a "panic pee" since he has not had another episode since. Poor baby.
