So sad.
We just lost our little corgi, she was only 8 months old and she got hit by a car.
Her name was Meara which means mirthful, and like her name she was happy. She somehow got out of our fenced in backyard and I'm sure was joyfully running across the road. Thank you for your well wishes. I really need to get some pictures of my Corgis on here, she was always so happy in her pictures. My boys, corgis as well, don't seem to care.

My thoughts are with you at this sad time.
Though I know there is nothing that one can say to assuage your grief and your present sense of desolation, I hope that in time the memory of the happiness you shared with your Corgi in your months together will in time mitigate your sad sense of loss.
I send you my deepest sympathy and many thoughts.
