Extra Extra!! Bailey's ears are Up! ThEY ARE UP!

Bailey's ears are finally up! =P I was only able to get three pictures of his one ear up/one ear down (this stage only lasted two days for us) , but of course in the mist of uploading pictures, i accidently deleted one of them, so i have TWO! All in all, it happened quite fast. =P He looks like quite the fox with this ears up. His toepads are also turning black.. I guess thats ok cause its more manly! After all, he is a boy =P. Also, he's 10 weeks on Monday, and I am thinking hes reaching 10lbs (I have yet to get a scale). =T

Bailey went for his second series of vaccinations at the local Mobile vaccination clinic this morning at Pet Food Express. He's passed out at the moment. He is not afraid of anything! This big ole dog came up to him and he just jumped on that dog's face! Fearless! fearless! And the vet was super nice. I did end up with some scratches trying to hold him down so he could get the one that goes up the nose, but all in all, he's so well behaved. While other dogs were squirming in their owners arms, Bailey stayed silent and just looked around at what was going on =P. I am so proud! I can't wait till hes finally full vaccinated so that we can explore the whole world together!

Also, his fecal test last week came back negative too, so that's a plus. =) One less thing to worry about. HE's doing better on the leash and now has learned to sit, come, wait, jump, and down. Umm... we're working on stay and give/drop it. =P Potty training is going OK, he has his "I forget where I should go" moments... butttt puppy class starts April 6th for us.. we can't wait!

I remember when Prince was still waiting for that final vaccination before being able to explore the world, that's so frustrating, and yet so exciting. It'll be here soon. Enjoy having him all to yourself a little longer ;o) pretty soon you'll have too share!
