2nd Day with Jack and Emma

Today was our first full day with the babys. Yesterday afternoon they had their 1st vet visit, just to check them out and make sure their all healthy, and of course they are. Jack weighs 4.11 pounds and Emma is 4.07 pounds. They started crying at 2 am last night and because we don't want them thinking if they cry we come, we didn''t go to them . But they both pee and pooped in their crates (i guess they had to go). Also we decided to feed them Nutro natural choice small bites and on the bag it says we need to feed them 1 CUP 3 TIMES A DAY!!! That seem like a ton, we feed them the 1st time with 3/4 cup and they still couldn't finish it, did anyone else have this issue. we decided 1/2 a cup 3 times a day is plenty. I finally got a pic of them together so here you go.

I think the bag is saying to portion out the suggested amount 3 times a day. So for their size, I think it's anywhere from 3/4 cup to 1 1/4 cup total in one day. You break that down into 3 separate feeding sessions. I think we did a 1/2 cup in the a.m, a 1/4 cup at lunch, and a 1/2 cup for dinner. Also, the first few nights can be kinda scary for them since they are in a new environment and without their littermates. I slept by Stanley's crate the first few nights to help him calm down.
