We "adopted" Buddy about a year and a half ago (he is almost 2 now) We knew he wasn't living in the most ideal conditions. He was kept in a crate 24 hours a day and only left out to eat and for walks. He was clean and taken for all his shots but not loved. when he arrived he had food guarding issues, was aggressive towards our other corgi and very pushy. He has come a long way, but recently he has begun to show those old signs of aggression. He snaps at us when we try to correct him. He growls when we try to get him out of our youngest son's room. Last night he was standing up on the highchair eating my sons food, when i pushed him down he bit my hand(not snap, BIT)He is extremely loving dog but he is starting to scare us.Any suggestions would be very helpful. Some more useful info is that he was "ordered" online and flown to our relative's house when he was 8 weeks old.

We figured out that his aggression stemmed from his relationship with our youngest child. He is extremely protective over him. So the only times he seems to get aggressive revolve directly around our child. (not allowing Buddy to sleep with him, moving him away from him...)

First of all, thank you for saving him. Has something triggered this do you think?
