Baby knows mommy is not feeling well.

So, today I had oral surgery... nothing major; but boy am I sore. Kyuubi has been such the care taker. He has layed next to me and been really gentle with me. I pet him and he gives me a look like he is wondering if I am ok. He and the cat have been playing a little bit. Its nice to see them starting to really get along. The cat is a little older and never was the playful type. Kyuubi as I write this is laying next to my feet as Daniel is fixing the door. Its really nice to have a dog that is so personable and bonded. Makes you feel special, like a family.

Its almost dinner time, and then I think I am going to go to bed. I am debating on giving the pup a bath so he is clean when he jumps into bed tonight. I def want him to sleep with me. I would like all my boys with me. Man... I cant wait for Tsunade.. then the numbers will be a little more even haha.

Comment by Lou Ann Lemaster on May 16, 2009 at 7:26am: When I had my foot surgery early last month, Chloe was by my side almost all the time. We called him by bedside rug. Duncan, would lay outside the door, if he wasn't outside with my husband. Duncan was the one I would send to get my husband if I needed anything. That was neat, never trained him to do that. The first time I said go get daddy....he ran to where my husband was barking up a storm and then ran back to the bedroom then back to my husband. They are too smart.

Comment by Lauren + Winston on May 16, 2009 at 12:37am: aww i love when dogs can tell how you're feeling. winston knows when i'm sad or not feeling well so he will come lay next to me and be quiet and chill for a bit. it's so awesome. sometimes even my own parents can't tell when i'm sad! hahaha
