This picture gives you an idea of her size at 2-4 months old. Any help or comments will be welcomed. I have posted pictures on my page if would like to see them. It has been over 25 years since we have had a dog, but how could anyone pass up on her. She is very active but will calm down when asked to. The last dog we had was a Great Dane with alot of personality and very loving. I did not think the small breeds would be, how wrong I was. Even at her young age she has so much personality, She can pout with the best of them when she is told no.

So pretty and soft-looking! I would also say possibly golden retreiver or lab. But the first picture on your slideshow made me think of a wheaten terrier because of the ears! Her cutey face is very corgi like.

I was looking at our local heeler rescue website trying to see if I can find my Dad a companion and I came across this one that reminded me of your girl.

This is Juju, a Chow/Red Healer mix:

She is so cute. I can see where you get the corgi mix in there. The one thing I noticed looking through the images though is she does have the corgi "knee" in the front. That big ol knot that somehow bends even though their legs are so short ;) hahaha.

I know someone with a golden/chow mix that looks similar to her. It is hard to tell when they are so young though.

Oh, how cute! I can see why you feel in love with her.

It's so hard to tell when they are pups, as their face changes shape when they age and also adult size can be difficult to guess from puppy size. Plus two mixed breeds from the same litter can take after different parents and grow up looking nothing alike. I concur that I think I might see retriever in there, not only in the coloring but also in the shape of the rib cage and haunch; lab puppies have some of that same look. In some pics it definitely looks like a Corgi cross but in this one it looks like there could be Shiba Inu with the shape of the forehead. But it could just be how she is holding her ears.

You can also get some ideas by how she likes to play. If she carries things around endlessly in her mouth (not just chewing or chasing, but picking stuff up and carrying it around when she gets excited) then that would indicate one of the retrieving breeds. If she likes to try to run other dogs in big circles when she plays, that can indicate one of the herders. If she has a very strong prey drive then terrier or Shiba Inu could be prominent in her breeding.

possibly a cattle dog they have the same foxy type characters with the pointy ears and all but her golden coloring might suggest a retreiver I've never see a cattle cross with out the darker coat. but she sure is a cutie
