It looked to us like everyone and their Corgis had a great time yesterday. It was our first time and we must have had confused looks on our faces because everyone wanted to know if we were new corgi parents. The games were fun to watch.....Limbo (how low can your corgi go), bowling and Mummy which involved a whole roll of T.P. We entered the costume contest and Tasha won 4th place in the cutest catagory. She won a stuffed white llama and a rope like frisbee thing. She loves the llama and seems already to know it by name, but she is delighting in NOT returning the frisbee thing AND pretty much trying to destroy it.
Was anyone else there yesterday. I wish they had had a way to find any siblings or list group members. We will go back again next year - it's always in the same place they said. Next year the owner of Tasha's day camp and her daughter want to go with me.
I missed out on the raffle they had - didn't get my tickets fast enough, but they had some awesome things on the raffle table. There was also 2 vendor of "corgi stuff", a grooming booth, an astrology booth, rescue info booth, obedience & agility info booth, a place to have your dog's picture taken and a pretty nice looking snackbar! We were so tired that we all napped when we got home - yes ALL including Tasha.
