Sorry guys.  Just got back on after being at work all weekend.  The other people that were interested in her took her...it sounds like she got a good home!

I found the ad and called the owner.  (I live in Cedar Rapids).  Very nice owner, the corgi is 1.5 years old, and has started fighting with her older dog.  We talked about the NILF program, and I gave her some other advice--training, etc...Also gave her my number and told her to call me if she got to the point she needed to get rid of her fast.  I told her I would foster her for her.  She said she had another person interested in her, but wasn't sure if she was going to adopt her or not.  She's a great dog I guess, just doesn't get along with the older dog that got there first.  Hopefully she finds a good home.  I told her not to take her to the shelter or pound, and she assured me she wouldn't....
