Dexter's first long trip in the car! We are going to my parent's house in upstate NY tomorrow morning with Dexter, and I have a huge list of supplies to get and pack. I think he will do fine. He loves riding in the car, and he normally sleeps in the back seat when he is tired out from swimming or running at the park. I figure leaving 2 am will be nice. He will more than likely sleep until around 7am, though maybe he will be up and at 'em earlier than that considering the excitement and activity of it all. We'll see. He has mellowed out over the past year, so I think he should do well. :D I can't wait to take him to the snow up where my parent's live. He loves the snow here, and we get hardly anything compared to up there. My parents also live out in the woods, so the seclusion will be a new experience for him.
