This next week I feel like I'm going to go into a nesting phase. I don't have kids but I think this is what it is like to nest haha. All I want to do is clean and get things ready, but I may run out of things to do by Friday morning. I can't wait for the days to fly by. I am so filled with excitement!

yeah the breeder had doggie doors in the kennels so they will start knowing that they need to go outside to do their business. He still has some accidents but he gets better each day. What I'm doing to help him with learning to go outside is I put a bell on a string on the door knob and have him hit it with his nose so he knows if he hits it I will open the door for him. He is starting to get the hang of it. I will definitely keep everyone updated on his growth. I just posted a pic today because both ears a standing up. when I got him on friday both were floppy.
Congrats on getting your new family member Nikki & John! Amanda I know what you mean. The weeks leading up to getting him was the longest time ever. Now that I have him its been great! he is almost potty trained but he is teething and wanting to bite everything, but he is the coolest dog I've ever met.
enjoy your last few days of peaceful sleep!! hehehe (no... seriously).
Ahhh....puppy motherhood. I remember those days. Enjoy and post lots of pictures!
I feel like I'm doing the same thing, We just got some of the basics for Fili like a bed, some toys, treats, and food. I too am thinking about all the things that I need to clean and move around to make our home a safe and happy home for our pup when she gets here. =)
