So I've been trying to think of a name for my little red and white pem girl... so far these are the names I've come up with...

Fae - This is my favorite so far. I read a welsh fairy tale about the origin of corgi's that said they were a gift from the fairies to humans. It's also the name of one of my favorite cowboy beebop characters (Faye Valentine).
IchiKo - Meaning "first child" in Japanese. This is my first dog and I have no kids so I felt it was appropriate. I just feel like I may get some sideways looks trying to introduce her to people on the street.
Kodie - I really like this name, but everyone is giving me a hard time about it that it's "a boy's name". I think it's sweet, and feminine enough for a corgi.
Tinau - I don't know exactly how to pronounce this but I'd like to figure out how to turn it into a name. It's the welsh word for "tail". I'd like to figure out some cute way of incorporating this into her name because she will be a little unique as an undocked pem.

What do you guys think? I'd like to have a few options that I like so that when I get her I can see what she responds to best. Any favorites from this list, or other ideas?

I like Faye, with the "y." You could wait until you meet her to pick her final name. Sometimes the name will just come to you once you get to know her.

I've heard from multiple books that dogs prefer 1&2 syllables over 3 syllable names. I think Tinau would be pronounced Tih-no, said quickly like Tinno, which is pretty cute.
I like Fae the best too! You should spell it like tomboy-cowboy Faye spells her's!

How about Phouka (pronounced Pookah?).
There's a tricking kind of Fae.
