Hi everyone,on my way home today I saw something that made me cringe inside.I was driving on a major artierial road (3 lanes each way), traffic had stopped,I saw some people ahead running about,then traffic started moving again,then it stopped,it was then I noticed the people were running after a little jrt type dog,I so badly wanted to pullover and help but no one would let me through to the shoulder,I tried to tell one of the people chasing the dog that running after it was probably making it worse,I could see that every time someone came close, that dog would take off in a different direction,they managed to get it off the road for awhile traffic started to move, so I had to move as well,this situation could have been avoided with some simple training,for the dog wait! Come! For the human, do not chase,I hope that little dog got out of the traffic, and then it and it's owner gets some training,
