Karma's surprise ;)

A couple months ago, Karma had a "tryst" with Barney, just days before his neuter appt. Well guess what! She delivered a little girl while we were away in MD. My 23 yr old daughter discovered this little surprise (she never showed, we honestly didn't know!) in the kitchen when she came down for a drink. I'll post some photos of the baby girl :)

Being in Maryland (4 hours away from home!) I was worried to death, but my daughter, friend, sister and mom took care of everything, thank heavens. Ashley even slept near the box and woke up every hour to check on them. Thanks for caring :)

Comment by Sam on July 5, 2009 at 4:01pm: Stay alert, there may be more on the way. Watch for discomfort, straining (contractions) and do not let her out in the yard alone. Many dogs will go hide to have pups. Do watch for any distress. It is not infrequent that a corgi girl be unable to pass some of the pups. Good luck.
