Mom said she was starting another blog and that me and the pups can share it with her, so sometimes I get to write. She already put my Blogsite on her last post. I am the matriarch of the current Corgi Crew.
My mama’s AKA name was, Irish Misty Fire, but everyone around here called her Mist.
My daddy was called Buddy, or Butter Butt.
I'm the oldest Corgi around here now, as my mama and daddy passed away a couple of years ago. I really miss them. My mama was a Black Tri, and passed away from cancer at the age of 10. My daddy looked like me only heavier and more muscular, and he passed last year of cancer at the age of 12. He loved to play with his grandpups.
I am very smart and used to work with mama and daddy to herd the goats we had for awhile. Mom got rid of the goats when a mean one caught me with her horns up against the wall of the feed room and injured my hips. Now I work as a helper dog for Mom, picking things up for her when she drops them. She says it really helps a lot since her back and hip bothers her.
This past year has been pretty hard for me because my back and hips have been bothering me a lot, so we are teaching my son, BG (Bud’s Grandson) to help Mom, too. He will be getting his “Helper Dog” tags pretty soon.
My daughter, Dott, is an author and has already published her first book, titled
“Little Dott Finds a Home.” It can be purchased on Lulu.com on her Master, Robert Brock’s (Author) website, or ordered through Amazon.com or Barnes and Nobel. Mom did the cover art and it is illustrated by photos. I’m pretty proud of my pups!
