Ruger is scared of load noises for some reason.It started when we brought him home but we thought it was cause he was in a new inviroment but he still is scared and we have had him for over a week now. I will take him outside to go potty and i have to take him to the front yard and let the big dogs in the back yard or he get destractedand wont go potty and just want to play but any ways we take him into the front yard and if the other dogs bark he freaks out and runs up the stairs like he is really scared the other day i took him out to go potty and i went and grabed the trash can from the street and started bringing it in towards the house and Ruger freaked out bad he yelped ran up the stairs and countinued to cry and try to get in the house then last night it was raining lightning and thundering and i took him to go potty and he got really scared of all the noises i dont understand it cause he is really a very playfull out going dog. He  runs around like a little pistol hint his name. He has been like this since we got him. He was never scared to explore or of  the other dogs or his new home. He is only scared of load noises other than that he is a very good playfull out going little pistol and i couldnt ask for a greater puppy so does anyone have some suggestions on how to calm him from load noises has anyone ever gone through something simular if you do please write me and give me some suggestions please
