I just watched the dog (owned by my neighbour directly across the street) wander over to their next-door neighbours front yard, take a big dump, and then wander over to a vehicle parked on the street and start chewing on the bumper. All the while (obviously) being completely unsupervised. He wandered around in the street for about 30 seconds before meandering back to their backyard.

What is wrong with people?
