If I don't have one of the boyz on my lap I have the other. They have been sooooo clingy to the point of it being annoying. I have had some time in the hospital a few months back and then another day surgery and I was not allowed to pick them up. Are they sensing my pain or disability. I have stuff to do, and it seems like they are nudging me all the time.

It sounds like love and the need to comfort.  I hope you are feeling better real soon!

Every pet I've ever had has known when I'm not feeling well.  Growing up, our cat would lay next to anyone who was sick.  She wouldn't move unless she had to eat, drink or use the litter box.    If anyone cried, she was right there in our laps and would rub her head against our cheeks to make us feel better.  Yuki also gets snuggly if I'm sick and will attempt to become a lap dog (hard to do since he's 38 pounds, hehe) if I'm crying.

I do think they know you don't feel good.  The only time Seanna is snuggly is when she knows I'm upset or doesn't feel good.
