I don't know if I should get Billy a bigger crate, to me it looks uncomfy.  He likes to sleep all stretched out and he can't seem to do so in this crate but I don't want it so big he goes to the bathroom in it???? Is this too small?  He has grown SO FAST!

I ordered a 36" last night. I found a great deal at Petco but only online, If I had bought the SAME one in the store it was 117.99 I got it for 58.99 Free shipping was offered but I wanted it faster for my poor little growing man, so I paid 8.99 for the shipping.

For some reason there is a GREAT deal on the 36" on Amazon.  I want to order it, I wish I could see what it actually looks like.  Do any of you have this particular size?

Time to upgrade haha. Lemmy sleeps like this too, even though he has a ton of space if he'd sleep the other way XD and all his blankets are shoved against the door haha.

Ha thanks...before today I would have said NO he wont pee in there....however, I think he has forgotten he is potty trained :(

He peed on the floor at work (on our way out to potty) He NEVER has accidents there.

He just now thought it was okay to take a HUGE poopy on the carpet :( did not even HINT to me he had to potty :(

I will get him a bigger one tomorrow.  Thanks everybody :)

Yeah, I quickly realized Butters needed a bigger crate.  The original crate had a picture of a Corgi on the tags and I thought it would be good.  Now, he has a crate sized for bigger dogs for home sleeping.  His original crate is permanently in the back seat of my car as his car seat.  It's fine for short trips but not for overnight sleeping, which is what i've been using the big crate for.  Even now, though, the big crate is a big cramped.  He's 17 months now and I plan to give him free reign of the house at night.  I did that for a week and he was fine, but now he's being crated again at night since his surgery and my need to confine him so he doesn't run/walk too much on his stitched up foot.  After the stitches come out, I plan to let him sleep anywhere he wants again.  So long response short:  yes, my experience showed I needed a bigger crate, but you can keep the small crate for the car if you wish.

Get Billy a 36inch crate that comes with a divider. That way you don't have to spend money buying new crates all the time as he grows & he won't pee in the back despite the size of the crate because you use a divider to give him as much room as he needs & adjust accordingly.

something like this.
