Good grief! I took Caleb to a small dog playgroup and he fixated on this little chihuahua that wanted to do nothing but chase the ball his owner was throwing and bark incessantly. Mr. Caleb wanted to do nothing but chase said chihuahua as it was the only dog running, and my boy needs to herd. If that wasn't embarrassing enough, the chihuahua jumped up into his owners lap, barked and snarled a "Hey leave me alone already" warning, which Caleb clearly did not understand / chose to ignore, because he responded by play biting him! The owner of the doggie daycare who was hosting the playgroup came over gave everyone a once over determined that Caleb had just slobbered on him, the owner understood Caleb was just trying to get him to play, the Chihuahua remained yappy as ever, and Caleb got a timeout for being an obnoxious lemon head while I apologized profusely and waited for my heart to regain a normal pulse.

*Sigh*

So yes, this week's dogscope was alarmingly accurate.
