Wow your dogs are so good looking. I am impressed! I am interested to know if you are showing any of your corgis. I am interested in showing Grace in some local shows but have never done so. It seems to me that Grace has wonderful markings and a friendly personality. I have registered her with AKC and have gone on their website to find some shows in my area. they were not able to help me find shows in phoenix on the website or even over the phone for that matter. Was wondering if you had any advice? thanks

The photo was taken on the Magruder Corridor, a dirt road that runs across the middle of Idaho, between the Frank Church Wilderness and the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. It's supposed to be the most "remote" road in the lower 48, and we drove it and camped two summers ago. Sounds like you are outdoorsy folks; you would love it! Your corgis are beautiful--look a lot like our Scout. He was bred by Kathleen Mallery in Parma, ID--"Castell Corgis"--she has a daughter in Seattle area who also is a breeder. Leads to a problem when there are five people in the family lol. I have an aunt and uncle in Yakima and my grandmother recently moved up to Yakima. It is very nice up there.

They'll send you a kit w/3 swabs and you also have to get a collection of several hairs containing the DNA on them and send it back. The process is really simple and takes no time to do.
