Welcom Melosimine! good to have you here. to start a group go to the Group tab at the top of your page and click. When you get You click on "Create a Group" and go from there. This page will also list all the groups that are established. As far as commenting goes...as long as you are signed in there will be a comment box available to you. It won't be there when you are signed out. If you use the blog option it will post on the main page as well as on your page. Good luck.
