Sid plays like that too, especially with fellow corgis. It looks so much like fighting if you are not used to it! But I see his tail wagging sooo fast and I know he's having a great time.

awww ok. if we see them again (we usually do on sundays at our puppy class - next weeks the last week!) - ill ask him to let her go a little. They do have a playpen inside the store, maybe theyll let bailey and her together off leash in there =)

This really looks like play behavior. Tofu's owner needs to chill. Let them play. If it gets too rowdy, one will let the other know to quit it. If not, a simple split by the owner between the two dogs will suffice. If you're not sure how to do a split, let me know. I'll tell you. But if he continues to pull Tofu away on a tight leash, the dog will get more and more aggressive.

I think you're right Sam. I think she might have wanted to play, but the leash kept pulling her back! I'll bet if they were allowed to run off leash or dragging them, things might have been nicer. After all, they play with their mouthes.

hmm... i think tofu's father is a little over protective and always pull on the leash, he didn't give them a chance :(
