Hi Teresa and Baron.  This puzzle is called Mind Games made by Dog It.  I got it at Petco.  The one near me has a barebones selection of dog puzzles and there were only a couple of different kinds.  If you look online, there are all kinds of interesting looking ones.

This is one smart little corgi!  I love how he just lifts the little covers off with no problem!  You are going to have to find harder puzzles!
