She was a week short of 4 months in this video. I've been told she looks really small her age. When I visited her at 7 weeks old, she and her sisters were the same size as the breeder's 5-week-old average-sized litter. She's 4 months old today, but I think she's about the size of an average 3-month-old.
I thought the same too at first, but I'm fairly sure she'll stay on the small side because her mother and grandmother are considered semi-mini corgis. I'm not too familiar with corgi sizes, but I met Luna's mother in person and I've met a 4-month-old male corgi puppy, and they were very similar in size. It was a bit strange. Plus, I already had the doggy door from my previous dog (papillon/pom mix), so I hope she stays small!
If she gets as big as my dogs. her butt isnt gonna fit anymore lol.

I really love your videos and pictures. Your puppy is so cute! It took our pups a little while to understand the meaning of the doggy door. But they now fly through it at full speed, (usually because they are playing and chasing each other).
