The toilet was actually a man-operated water sprinkler (there is a hose running to/from the back of the toilet). Whenever anyone walked in front of it, the operator would turn it on and soak the person in front of it. Some people found it funny, others not so much. Some dogs did not care and were not bothered by it, other dogs were scared.
