What a fun life Kipper has!  I just bought a new life vest for my Ella to try out this summer.  Yesterday I put about 2 inches of water in the bathtub and set her in to see how she liked it.  She stood there motionless pretty much the whole time, lol.  I guess the good thing is she didn't panic or try to jump out!  I hope she likes the water as much as your Kipper seems to.  :)
