We do this except we let go of the rope and call it "Bowling for Corgis" when they slide into the other dog.

Well I hope she helps clean it - it's only fair since she leaves so much hair all over it :)

Steve LOVES to do this. When I come home from work he'll run up to me and nudge me with the rope in his mouth.

Cute. There's been discussion here about smooth floors. I spent a lot of time & money on a do-it-myself red oak hardwood floor, before dogs, and I love it but have had second thoughts. They love to play hockey with the tennis balls, sliding and caroming about, but they don't like to launch or land on the slippery floor, and I've heard of dogs hurting their ACL by slipping. We've acquired many inconvenient and ugly rubber-backed throw-rugs as launching/landing pads near the bed, sofa, etc.

Ahahahaha. I love doing this with Nibbler. She bites and holds on!
