I don't know why the video looks so bad here :(   She does this when she want's to play.. She'll begin by biting my toes,  so I'll move my feet towards her a little,  then she'll hop back and bite them again.  Then she'll run off an do something like this..

In addition to FRAP, that can be called a herding frenzy but she just doesn't have anyone to herd at the moment.
