Spring break and spring blossoms at the University of Washington spurred a visit to this institute of higher learning. Although already highly intelligent we came away feeling better educated.

The highlight of our visit was discovering the group of Japanese exchange students enjoying their dinner of Dick's Burgers and Fries in the Quad. They dropped everything and came over to adore on the corgi.  Little did they know that all my dogs wanted was to get into those bags.  There now was only one option for dinner.  Stop at Dicks for take out burgers.

Imagine if you will, behind me at every photo shot, a Japanese tourist/student with their IPhone telling Austin to sit and look over here. I am sure they took as many pictures of him as the Cherry Trees.

Now I'll have to send Al to college to keep up with Austin.   A dog's mind is a terrible thing to waste (that's the motto of a local dog obedience school).

Those are a couple of real dawgs.
