Quick review on LaQuinta

Hey guys, if you've been following me on twitter lately, you probably knew I spent the Easter weekend down in Ft Lauderdale. Besides yummy Cuban sandwiches for breakfast, I have to say my stay at the LaQuinta was a surprise. In the past I tend to stay away from cheap motels or any Inn with the number 6 or 8, however, due to one of my trusty friend's review, I gave LaQunta another look. The check in process was good, I arrived 2 hours before the check in time, no biggie, the front desk person had a room ready and checked us in. The place was bright, modern even smelled good. I booked a king bed, priced at $69 + tax. Sorry I took a few poor quality pics with my iphone, but you get the idea of what the room looks like.

Comment by Corgibyassociation on April 23, 2009 at 7:39pm: I stayed at one in the Atlanta area for a training class last year. It was pretty nice. I think it even had a swimming pool but it was kind of the middle of winter so there was no go in that venue. Oh and breakfast was awesome!

Gwenie likes the hotel too she gets spoiled at one we visit yearly. They have cookies for little people like her! Yes they kind of know us so that is why. Glad you put that out.Join the club and after a while you get enough points for free rooms. My next over night in PHX. free room with my beautiful baby girl Gwenie.
