About Me:: I'm a guy who loves all animals, especially dogs and wolves. Animal welfare activism is an important part of my life. Spending quality time playing with and giving love and attention to my "kids" is such a great gift! I'm not married and don't have children so my corgi Kaleo and miniature dachshund Chelsea are my "kids".

About My Corgi(s):: I have one male Welsh Pembroke Corgi. He's tri-colored and on August 17, 2009 he will be 5 months old. His name is Kaleo. Pronounced ka-lay'-o. Being from Hawaii, I wanted a Hawaiian name for him. Kaleo means beautiful noise. LOL, I don't think I would call his bark beautiful but it is loud and thankfully not frequent. Kaleo is like the energizer bunny! He has more energy and is more active than any pet I've ever had! So I spend much of my free time walking him and playing fetch. When I'm not his playmate, he has my other dog, Chelsea to play with. He runs rings around her and loves to tease and frustrate her by literally running rings around her..LOL. I love my new baby very much. He's still in the learning stage and is learning what he can do and what he shouldn't do. He and I were meant to be companions!!
