franco
we adopted franco about 3 weeks ago from one of the local pounds. I cannot believe that anyone let him go stray because he is the sweetest doggie I've ever met. I was deadset against getting a dog as we've had 3 in the past that we've had to give away. Two because we were just too busy and couldn't spend enough time with them (chocolate lab and a blue tick hound) and another (jack russell terrier mix) who bit our son in the face. They all went to good homes though. My husband and son brought franco home and I fell in love with him immediately! He goes to my husband and son's law office almost everyday. I've NEVER heard him bark, but my husband said he did at the pound. We can tell he's part corgi but don't know what else-any ideas?
Our vet says that perhaps he was let go by someone who couldn't afford him anymore in this bad economy. I keep him on the leash outside because he would love to run into the coyote ridden woods-we have 300 acres in back of us and I have actually seen one of them before walking. Franco is laying low tonight as he just got his Lyme booster today and it knocked him for a loop-
Thanks everyone for the kynd welcomes!!!
