It wont let me send you a personal msg without being "friends" but if you still need someone to watch Tex when you deploy I would love to help you out. Please let me know if you havent found someone to care for him while your delpoyed.

You could try contacting a shelter that uses foster homes. I think the Houston SPCA does. Maybe they could help you find a foster home with a family that has experience with housing dogs temporarily. Good luck with finding a place for Tex. I know it isn't easy finding a friend or family member willing to take them for even a short vacation. I hope everything works out for you. Stay safe overseas.
