I've got one. I got her five years ago - the breeder was a shlump. He never gave us her papers or anything, and we think she was inbred. I hope that doesn't make you think less of her because she is the most wonderful dog. She is happy with food and a little love! I worked really hard to get her (my dad didn't want me to get her, but several angry women sort of forced him into it!). The part of her body i love the most is her Superman emblem on her chest. Her chest is white with a tan diamond-shaped spot on it. She absolutely loves to have her ears rubbed. If I rub them, she dozes off almost instantly!

Ha ha ha... thanks :) you can try by walking them on a really hot day and then let them get closer to the water, i think it's easier on the beach because the wave "assist" you by getting them wet. Not all corgis are great with swimming, that's why I have life vest for both of mine.
